There are four regular events in Lean, known as Leader Standard Work, that Choice Theory leaders can employ that will build the foundation for quality. Regarding the Lean or Six Sigma approach to process improvement, these concepts are basic but can give you a start on tools you can use. I would encourage you to do more study on this aspect, but remember to respect your people, too. Often, for leaders, it is simpler to focus on tasks because they are easier to understand and master than the human skills. As a leader,you have multiple responsibilities. Get good at all of them.
